Hey all, I’m really excited to be here and hopefully help to reshape banking and make it better for all of us. I recently had a pretty average experience with my bank and was shocked to find that when I wanted to apply for a credit card, because I have a mortgage, they would be assessing my affordability at 8%. Pretty freaky.
Anyhoo, that’s not what this post is about. I’d like to throw my two cents in in support of 24/7 customer service and the ability to connect with someone who can help you no matter the time of day. Ideally, live chat through the app or email would be the first port of call. Though I wonder how you would action this - would you have a physical office somewhere in downtown Auckland, or would you hire people remotely?
